Hey there buddy I just want you to know how proud everyone is of you for doing this. Cycling around a country is hard and you had to pick one of the hardest and the 6th largest. It takes a huge amount of character, generosity, compassion, poise, and perseverance for what you are doing, and for that I am extremely proud of you brother. Everyone back here and in Ozz are behind you 150%.
You keep riding, keep your head clear, enjoy this journey you are on and I will see you at the finish line.
I'm cycling around Australia to raise money and people's awareness of Huntington's Disease. As you may know, HD's faulty gene is hereditary and sadly, someone very close to me has just been positively tested for the gene. Hopefully one day in the future, people in general - not exclusive to those affected by HD will be aware of the existence of Huntington's Disease. Therefore, able to be supportive in all aspects (mentally, physically and emotionally), of those who are affected by HD both directly (the sufferers) and indirectly (the family and friends) in going through this.
